Michael Cuddy Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents was established in August 1997 and now occupies a conveniently located, highly accessible and modernised town centre office in the heart of Blackpool’s Professional Business Area.

We have in excess of 30 years experience in both Commercial and Residential property matters covering an area from Lancaster in the north of the region through Preston and the Ribble Valley to Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde in the west.

We aim to provide a professional service on all property matters through personal attention and independent advice. We are also pleased to offer initial guidance/advice free of charge and without any obligation.

Michael Cuddy is a RICS Registered Valuer and a graduate in Urban Estate Management having completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1977. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 1990 having previously been admitted as a Professional Associate in 1979.

Louise Nolan – We are delighted to welcome back Louise to the company. Louise is our Practice Manager and takes care of the overall management of our office on Church Street.

Tiffany Cowell is the companies receptionist.  Tiffany is currently working towards becoming qualified in Business Admin and provides us with administrative duties.
